The artist BAT has always had an interest in painting and drawing from an early age. It was therefore a natural progression to spend 3 years at art college studying every form of artwork from life drawing, graphics, and fine art. Having completed this course and upon leaving college a decision was taken to work for himself and from this start commissions for greetings cards and posters followed, and before long work had been published by several major publishers.

This latest new work has evolved into limited edition prints, and are proving to be popular fun images showing the lighter side of life.

The name BAT originated from a nickname which for this quirky and humorous range of images just seemed to fit.

If when positioned within the home, these images occasionally bring a smile to a face, then the mission has been accomplished.
